Can all High School learners participate?

All secondary/high school learners in S1–S6 and TVET Levels 3–5 in Rwanda, as well as Form 3–4 / Grade 9–12 learners in Kenya, are invited to participate in the Wavumbuzi Entrepreneurship Challenge.
