How to Change Your Learner Password

Learners have three options to reset or change their Wavumbuzi password:

1. Reset Using Email

   • If the learner has an active email and can log in, click “I’ve taken part in Wavumbuzi before but I don’t remember my account details.”

   • Select Reset using Email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.

2. Reset Using Security Question

   • If you remember your security question, you can reset your password by answering it.

3. Reset Using OTP

   • If you are already registered and accepted into your school, you can reset your password using an OTP code provided by your teacher.
