Teacher Points and Participation

Teachers earn points for a variety of activities, including:

• Registering learners under their school

• Supporting learners to engage with the challenge, earning points for each quest a learner completes

• Marking learner submissions

Points can be viewed directly on the Teacher Portal. The performance of Teacher Champions is also influenced by the engagement of their learners from week to week.

The Wavumbuzi Support Team regularly monitors teacher activity. Any teacher found misusing the system or attempting to gain unmerited points will be immediately disqualified, along with their learners.
