How Duplicate Accounts Are Merged
Duplicate learner accounts are automatically identified and merged into the account that was created first. This process runs daily to ensure the system maintains only one active account per learner.
Learners are encouraged to use only one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all duplicate accounts will be merged into the original account, even if the newer account has accumulated more points.
Note: The retained account will be suspended for one week after the merge.
Using multiple accounts may therefore result in loss of progress or points, as only the activity associated with the first account will be retained.
