How Duplicate Accounts Are Merged
IMPORTANT: Each learner should only have one account. If a learner has forgotten their login details, they must NOT create a new account — contact Wavumbuzi support instead.
Contact support to recover access:

What this means:
- All duplicate accounts are merged into the original, even if the newer account has more points.
- The retained account will be suspended for one week after the merge and will automatically reopen after that.
If you think your account was merged incorrectly, or cannot access your account, contact support using the details above.
Using multiple accounts may therefore result in loss of progress or points, as only the activity associated with the first account will be retained.
