What do I do if I forget my Teacher Portal password?

1. Go to the login page and click “Forgot My Password”.

2. Enter the email address you used to create your account. This will trigger an email with the next steps (note: you can only reset your password once every 24 hours).

3. Check your email inbox and open the message from the Wavumbuzi Team.

4. Click the “Reset Your Password” link in the email.

5. A new page will open where you can create a new password. Enter your new password in both fields and click “Create Password.”

Your password will then be successfully reset.
