Teacher WhatsApp Groups and Etiquette

Wavumbuzi WhatsApp Support Groups are dedicated spaces for teachers supporting learners in the challenge. These groups provide an opportunity to ask questions to your designated Brand Ambassador and to share insights with fellow teachers.

To ensure a positive and focused experience, please follow these guidelines:

  1. Only Wavumbuzi-related matters: The group is strictly for Wavumbuzi topics. Avoid sharing messages from other groups or platforms.

  2. Purpose of the group: Use this space for updates, motivation, celebrating progress, and sharing lessons. Keep discussions relevant and growth-focused.

  3. Respect and courtesy: Maintain mutual respect in all interactions.

  4. Technical support: For issues with the Learner Portal or Teacher Portal, contact the Support team directly via WhatsApp at +254 799 021 344 (Kenya) or +250 789 175 239 (Rwanda) instead of posting in the group.
