Teacher WhatsApp Groups and Etiquette

The Wavumbuzi WhatsApp Support Groups are for teachers and parents who are supporting learners with the challenge. It is a place to ask questions of your designated Brand Ambassador as well as share learnings with fellow teachers and parents.

There are a few rules that it is important to follow:

  • Please note that the group is solely for Wavumbuzi-related matters only. Members are expected to refrain from sharing forwarded messages from other groups or platforms.
  • This medium is used solely for Wavumbuzi updates, motivating and celebrating each other's progress, and sharing lessons. Let us keep it relevant and conducive for growth.
  • Mutual respect and courtesy are to be upheld at all times within the group.
  • Should you experience technical issues with the Gameworld or Teacher Portal and require support, please send a message to the Support team directly through WhatsApp on +254 799021344 in Kenya or +250 789 175 239 in Rwanda for quick assistance, instead of posting this on the group.
